Three Steps. Zero Hassle.

Your nightly routine just got a whole lot simpler.

1

Bag It Up

Place your household trash in the container we provide. Make sure the lid closes completely.

2

Set It Out

Place your container just outside your door before your scheduled pickup time. That's it. You're done.

3

Sleep Easy

Our team collects your trash while you relax. Your empty container will be waiting in the morning.

What Goes In & Out

A quick guide to keeping your service running smoothly.

Good to Go

  • Regular household trash
  • Food scraps (in sealed bags)
  • Paper and cardboard (broken down)
  • Plastic packaging
  • Clothing and textiles
  • Small bathroom waste

Not This Time

  • Hazardous chemicals or paint
  • Batteries and electronics
  • Large furniture or appliances
  • Construction debris
  • Anything that won't fit with lid closed
  • Loose bags outside the container

Have Recycling?

If your property includes recycling service, you'll have a separate container. Same rules apply—set it out before your scheduled pickup time.

Got Questions? We've Got Answers.

Everything you need to know about your valet trash service

Contact your property manager for specifics about your pickup schedule. Each property is different.

If you miss collection, simply hold your trash until the next scheduled pickup night. Contact your property manager if you're unsure about your schedule. Leaving trash outside after collection has passed can result in pests, odors, and potential fines from your property management.

Recycling availability depends on your property's service agreement. If recycling is included, you'll have a separate container for recyclables. Check with your leasing office or look for recycling containers near your door.

Regular household trash, food scraps (sealed in bags), paper products, plastic packaging, and general waste. Everything should fit inside your container with the lid closed.

Hazardous materials (chemicals, batteries, paint), large items that don't fit in the container, construction debris, appliances, electronics, or anything that makes the container too heavy to lift safely.

Place your container directly outside your door, against the wall if possible. Don't block walkways, stairs, or your neighbor's doors. The container should be easily accessible for our collection team.

Contact your property's leasing office to request a replacement container. They'll coordinate with us to get you a new one, typically within a few days.

Common reasons include: container wasn't out by pickup time, container lid wasn't closed, prohibited items were visible, or the container was blocked. If none of these apply, report it to your leasing office.

We observe major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Day). On holiday weeks, check with your property management for any schedule adjustments.

Extra bags outside the container typically aren't collected and may result in fees from your property. If you have excess trash, hold it until the next pickup or contact your leasing office about bulk disposal options.
